Thomas Monnery - Founder & Qualified Builder
The guy behind the name. Detail oriented and time focused, he goes through each and every detail of the project with a fine toothed comb. Honest and upfront, all decision making is client focused and thought out. Proud is an understatement of the team he is building.
Mitchell Nash - Qualified Builder
Mitch joins the team as 2IC and Toms right hand man on site. Mitch has a keen eye for detail and a shared passion for the industry. He’s a go getter and provides the onsite banter, but when it comes to the crunch, he knuckles down and motivates the team to complete the task to his meticulous standard.
Jack Sullivan - Apprentice
Jack joined our team as a third year apprentice wanting to fine tune his building skills and knowledge. Keen to learn and impressed with his work ethic, he is right on track to making a great qualified builder at re/formed.
Troy Herewini - Apprentice
Troy comes back to building after a few years off the tools. He brings a wide range of skills to the team, extending beyond building knowledge. Keen to smash out his apprenticeship, he is set to make an awesome builder and leader to other young guys coming through.
Liam Clarke - Apprentice
Liam joined the crew fresh as a daisy out of high school. After a couple of months getting used to the changes of full time employment, he has shown huge potential and is keen and ready to learn. First on site and the last to leave each day, he is a valuable member of the re/formed crew and we look forward to seeing his growth.
